All-on-X is an advanced prosthodontics solution designed to restore a full arch of teeth using a small number of strategically placed dental implants. What to Expect
Your initial consultation begins with a full dental evaluation, including imaging to determine the best placement for your implants.
On the day of your procedure, any remaining teeth from your arch will be removed. As few as four implants will be strategically placed in the areas of your jaw with the strongest bone, typically two toward the front and two toward the back, angled for maximum support. Then, a natural-looking temporary arch is installed during the same visit.
Over the next several months, your jaw will heal and the implant screws will fuse to the bone, in a natural process called osseointegration that helps preserve bone and maintain facial structure. Once you’ve healed, your temporary teeth will be replaced with your new permanent arch.
